Send a location pin — we show you a satellite photo

From the land itself, send a WhatsApp location pin. We reply with a satellite photo of that exact spot and ask one question: "Is this your land?" Nothing is recorded until you say YES. If you are away, a family member at the land can send the pin for you.

3Receive it

Your declaration certificate

You receive a declaration certificate with a unique reference number (like SM-UG-2026-•••••). It records your statement, the date, and the location you confirmed — a document your family can keep and refer to.

Yes. The declaration and the certificate are free, and there is no hidden cost afterwards. Only if your family later chooses the separate journey toward a full title are there real costs — surveyors and government fees — and those are stated clearly before you decide.
Is a declaration a land title?
No — and we will never tell you otherwise. A declaration is a dated record of your family's statement about the land. It is not a title, not proof of ownership, and not a government registration. It is an honest first step.
What happens to my information?
Your declaration is stored securely and used to prepare your certificate. We do not sell your information. We share it only if you ask us to — for example, if you later choose to start the titling process.
The land belongs to our whole family. Can I still declare?
Yes. Family land is the most common situation. The assistant asks how the land is held and records your statement as you give it. Declaring does not take rights from anyone — it simply writes down what your family says today.
I live abroad. Can I declare our family's land back home?
Yes. You can start the conversation from anywhere. For the location step, a family member standing on the land sends the pin, and you confirm the satellite photo together. The certificate is issued to you.
What phone do I need?
